Take any naysayers on some of these review platforms with a grain of salt. Actually, take them with a whole shaker of salt. It's been over half a decade since the one-star reviews below came out. It's 2017 now. And as of right now, my experience thus far and the truth in my personal case is this: The service has been absolutely wonderful. Top notch. I had an unanticipated complication with my car this morning, and I tell you, Jeff saw to it that I was taken care of *immediately,* and surpassed expectations and satisfaction enormously. I must say, I feel like I hit the lottery with my car getting fixed so quickly and so well. The ability to just get in my newly fixed car and get to and from work is a huge blessing, and I have Jeff and his lovely team of mechanics to thank for it. Over and above that, I felt like I got red carpet treatment to boot! No nonsense, no "scam," none of that. Just good, honest workmanship and brilliant customer service.

Got into an accident and needed a lot of body work done. Thought I got a deal but turned out horrible. It was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The work done on the car was horrendous. I even had to take it to another mechanic to get the car fixed after. I even thought of suing this guy. Not only was it a poor quality job but after telling me it'd be done in a week it wasn't done for over a month. Caught Jeff lie to me a million times over that month so don't get fooled by his seemingly "honest" personality and don't expect calls back about your car either bc he doesn't do that either unless it's about money. Don't pay him until your car is completely done and make sure to check your whole vehicle before you leave with it but you shouldn't be going here anyway
