I brought my car in to get repaired from the hail damage. Mike had my car for over 2 months. He stopped answering my phone calls and texts. Supposedly the dent-less repair work was being done somewhere else. I finally waited at his shop and he drove up. I made him take me to the place where my vehicle was. The guy had taken my insurance money and had closed shop and left town. Mike had the combination to get in. My car was there but nothing done. I had my car picked up and taken to another shop. My insurance dealt with the financial part of it. Do NOT take your car to this guy. Mike is a very shady character and cant' be trusted.

I had an accident and the front end was damaged. The owner, Michael Luna had my car for over 3 months. He stopped taking my calls and I had no idea where my car was. He has two shops (one in Frisco and one in prosper). Every time I showed up he was never there. I finally had to contact the person that referred him to me and he was able to get a hold of him. I had it picked up and taken to another sho. I had payed him $2000 down and never got it back. This guy seems nice but doesn't do what he says he going to do and straight up lies on the work he says he's done. Do not take your car here!

Absoluteley great work and attention to detail. Very good and fair pricing. Works great with Ins. companies or individuals. Best place in collin county!
