Rate and Review Rickards Restorations

After having an accident I took my car to Rickards on a recommendation of a co-worker. I met with Craig so that he could look at the car and it was decided that it would be best to leave the car so that it could be taken apart to asses internal damage as well as external. I called and checked on the status and was told by Craig that he would call me back...never did. I went to pick up my car and was just told to sign the paperwork so that they could get payed and given my keys. No one walked outside with me to see how I like their work and if the car was satisfactory. I got home and noticed that the rubber around the window and door had about a 1 inch cut in it and the inside door handle had scratchs all on the plastic. I promptly called and spoke to Craig he asked me to stop by and he would look at it. I did so,he looked at it and drove it to the back and drove back around to me and advised me that the OWENER said for him (Craig) to order the parts and it would be fixed. This was on April 18th. I have YET to hear from them. I feel that all they were interested in was getting paid from my insurance company and didn't care about my concerns. If customer service and good communication is important to you I would NOT recommend this shop.

i was to hasty to make a review and it turned out to be a problem with the part not their paint i apologize for the confusion.

Absolutely horrible, I took my car in to get a simple crack in the front bumper fixed took them 2 months to replace the bumper because of "miscellaneous problems" then I got the car back 2 days later pain started bubbling up and surprise surprise, they said it wasn't their problem because I already accepted the car. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND HAVE SHOTY WORKMANSHIP THAT THEY DONT EVEN GUARANTEE.
