The owner of this business is extremely unethical. He charges fees that are not disclosed up front and then holds your car hostage until you pay these fees. It took 4 days to give me a quote and then charged me $44/day for the 4 days that it took him. I had no idea he was charging these fees, they should have been disclosed to me, I would have NEVER waited on the quote or took my car to his shop had I known about these charges. He is extremely u reasonable in pricing too. Once I did receive the quote, it was higher then my local dealer.
