OMG!! this is one of my worst experiences ever with this shop, I've spent over a month just installing simple suspension and CV joints, and finally after several hundred dollars and about 4 weeks finally got my car out only for the cv joint to fall off not even month later, When I called the "OWNER" and told him, he didn't even express any sympathy towards the mis hap. Just told "me" to fix it and then bring it in?? I guess I was supposed to push it there from Hollywood!! cause when I asked him if he would pay for the towing (not from the hi-way where I was stranded) but from my house to his shop, he told me NO, I didn't even ask for the 150 I spent getting it to my house. tiring to claim he wouldn't do anything over the phone. When I check under the CV joint it was in perfect condition (thank God) but noticed the that it seemed as if the were never really tight to begin with. So I simply just represented it to its place and put the screws in myself but only to find out that the opposite was just as loose. I literally took off the screws BY HAND! when I called once again to let him know, it seemed as if I was bothering him by complaining and he instructed "ME" to replace them and bring him the car once again. But if i replace them why would I even need to drive all the way to Miami for???? NOW my waring to all of you, although they might be cheaper then most shops out there, you know what they say "you get what you pay for" They use the bait and switch rue teen they sell you one piece then whe THEY try to install it, It doesnt fit and they have to order one for a higher price. If I would have done my homework before going there I most likely would have never used them! EVER! after this ordeal I have spoke to several people in the industry and I was warned that "speed Shop" really doesn't have the best reputation out there! They are known, but not for the great work but the the things they CANT do,
