commentSo the guy was in the hospital, so I'm willing to excuse the belated car return. However, I still like my businesses to have someway to leave a message with them.

commentThe one guy who runs the place is impossible to contact. He told us we could pick our car up Friday (2/11/11) late afternoon. When we called on Friday, so we could pick our car up that day, there was no answer and no way to leave a message.
Its Monday morning. We still don't have our car, and I've been calling all morning. I was about to call the police, and he just called -- 10:30am -- to say he would be there at 11:30. We both work at a hospital in town, and we can't just break away at the drop of a hat.
This could have been alleviated if there was someway to at least leave a message instead of a phone that rings and rings. That is very unsettling, and it makes the company seem a little "fly by night."
