They dented my new truck while repairing it. When I confronted them the one brother called me a liar. I told him you came out with me and looked at the truck when I brought it in he said, "yeah but it was raining." He finally agreed to pay for it and asked if I could bring it in two weeks later because they were swamped. I agreed and they told me it was a two day job. When I picked it up the older brother told me they used an outside vendor because it was cheaper and they have used them before. Why go through the pretense like he is going to fix it? Why keep my truck for two days? Why not send the vendor to my house? Make sure you inspect your vehicle before you leave.
