I called Tony to get my car towed to their shop I was told I couldn't get it till the next day because they were too busy. So I called the next day & he said he ended up taking in MORE cars that night & still wasn't able to get mine in & told me once again to call the next day. Finally the next evening my car was towed & i didn't receive a call for 2 days so I decided to call. I was told I needed a new starter & that it would be done in 2 days which was a Monday @3:30. So Monday at 3:30 I get a ride to pick up my car & Tony tells me that it actually wasn't the starter it was a belt. All he had to say was that he forgot to call me and followed that with a cold, "I'm sorry." Then he said I was going to have to wait another 5 days for them to actually fix my car. Worst experience ever. This business is not organized, poorly run and lacks customer service.
