Hit a deer in my car and took to Dean to have repaired. He had previously done good work for me on another vehicle. After picking up my car, I noticed there were waves in the body filler on the door, and a dent that had been missed. During several conversations, Dean was short and sounded offended that I questioned his work. I ended up taking the car back to him to be fixed. I was respectful and understanding and gave him a second chance to make it right. After picking it up the second time on Saturday May 21st, I inspected closer. The repair on the door was a little better, but still not what I paid for and what he charged for. Upon a more detailed inspection, I found broken/missing body clips and screws that were driven in at an angle missing their plastic nut. There were also several spots with overspray. This repair is bad enough to happen once, but even worse that I took it back a second time and it still came back this way! I'll never take another vehicle to him, he's lost my business. I thought others should know of my experience.
