I will never go back to this body shop. Poor customer service, poor paint job, very unhappy. After being quoted a $1700 paint job by one of the techs, the owner was not too happy about it. He told me it should have been $2500. Guess who suffered for it? Right. Me the customer. The car wasn't complete when I first picked it up, took it back and am still not satisfied. Thinking about taking it back a third time, but why take it back to someone you can't trust. I can't help it the owners tech quoted me a cheaper price than the book says. The car doesn't look like it blends well now. I have never been this frustrated over anything. They simply did not do what they said they would do. This was my bonus money for the year as well. Should have took the car else where. The car should have been complete the first time with no hassles. Not very professional in my opinion. One word to sum it up......ridiculous.
