They are wonderful. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant. Their work is excellent. Their prices are reasonable. The best part about CVA is that they are honest and don't try to feed you any bs.

Took both cars the honda civic and the acura TL. They worked with the insurance company directly. All I did was taking the cars to the shop. Two or three years ago an old lady rear ended me. Took the civic here. Last job that they did was to the acura TL. Had a hit and run situation. The car was at the shop for 10 days and when I picked it up.. I was amazed. What an amazing work! Great service, very friendly and helpful. They took care of the towing and car rental. Highly recommend them! Totally.. Oh... a week later, I got an email from CVA saying, "Did you know?... You have accumulated 5920 points in your account!" Then I saw "3 Day Car Rental 3000" I can exchange my points to a free 3 day car rental. SCORE!
