commentAn employee from this shop got in an accident with my wife while she was on her way to work. The employee promptly apologized, provided my wife with the information we would need to resolve the issue, and returned to work. Now, Ray Akramian, a manager at this shop, is calling my wife and threatening her, telling her he is going to take legal action against her if she does not come pay for the car his employee got into an accident.
I cannot speak to the automotive expertise of this shop, because I have never used their services. What I can tell you is that I will never use their services, because of Ray Akramian. When I called him to find out why he was threatening my wife, he proceeded to lie, insult me as a person, and tell me when and how I should speak. Quite frankly, I have never seen a more childish and pathetic form of customer service. I think anyone who values honesty and integrity in a work environment should probably avoid this shop.
