I just had a horrible and frighenting experience at Dino's. When I simply questioned the paint match for work done on my vehicle afer arriving to pick it up, Dino exploded into a rage, stating "Give me a break". He then flung the vehicle badging into my face and told me to "Get out of my garage". And he did this in front of his employees in the shop. It is clear this guy has anger management problems - he was hostile and offended that I even dare raise a concern. He has every right to disagree with my perception, but no right to treat me or any other customer that way. This guy has no sense of customer service and is emotionally volatile. If you have issues with the results of his work, he will become physically intimidating and abusive.
