Doug ran a red light and hit my van with my spouse and dog in it and caused great damage. He refuses to be honest to his insurance company and tried to get us to even call the police. The people around town have said how bad he is but I wanted to try to see for myself but he indeed refuses to be an adult and take responsibility for his lack of judgment.
