I Was Lied to by staff and the owner of work being done on the auto and they wasn't expecting me to drop by an take a look at it, an when I did they asked me why i wanted to see my own auto. I just wanted to verify what they were telling me was true and it wasn't. so don't trust what they tell you on the phone. Had to end up taking the auto elsewhere anyway to have it done right.
