Fedor was recommended by Progressive. My car needed a new tailgate rear side window and bumper. When it was done. The tailgate didn't lock they burned through the paint and primer when buffing the new paint and a dozen paint chips when they took the masking off too soon. Also my hood was dented. They took the car back and fixed everything. About one week after my engine died. We found one of their tools in the timing belt cover opening. They admit it's their tool. The new gray paint is at least two shades off. Now they owe me a new engine. I will update when it's over. For now I have no car. I am disabled and had open heart surgery recently. I have missed one Dr visit without transportation. If you need body work go somewhere else.
