Rate and Review First Coast Paint & Body

I have had several occasions to use First Coast Paint and Body. I have used them on insurance claims with State Farm and also on problems that were not covered by insurance. They have always looked at my car and estimated it immediately. Ferrell and his employees have always demonstrated the highest level of proffessionalism and courtesy. I have had to wait for parts on a couple of occasions, but I understand that. They do not manufacture the parts there and sometimes they are not immediately available. As far as unseen damage, there is that possibility. There can be damage that cannot be seen until you remove the obviously damaged parts. Any idiot should know this. By the way, I would like to know where to buy the donkeys that are like Ferrell and his staff. I'd like to get a pair and breed them. I could make a fortune.

I was in an accident and called this shop because it was close, and working at State Farm, I was told that they are one of the best shops in town. So I chose them off their reputation with people. Those people were wrong.... This was the single most horrific experience I have ever had with any body shop. They took over 3 weeks to even look at my car. Then another 2 to fix it and then after they gave me a guaranteed completion date, they renigged on that and told me it still wasn't done because they didn't see some damage. I swear to you, they have donkeys instead of people working for them. I'll never recommend them and I will never ever use their shop again. I don't care if everyone else is closed and that's my only choice besides walking. I'll gladly walk.
