I was referred here by my salesman at Galpin Jaguar Motors. For numerous visits with the Mgr. Pat Moore and his associate Carlos Sandoval they were always polite, friendly, helpful and professional to deal with. The final work was always very good. Then I took my car there and I was assigned to JC (Juan) Jimenez. It was downhill after that. I asked him to remove the front panels where my car was hit leaving it there @ 8Am on a Monday then to call me once he evaluated the total damage and cost. I rented a car and waited all day for a call back. He never call. I called him (3)x's and then called the following morning upset with him for not calling me. I asked reception to page him on his cell. & when I got him he replied I don't check messages till the end of the day. I told him I called (3x's) on Monday. He replied, If you don't like my service call my Manager which I did and told Mr. Pat Moore & AAA Auto Insurance how poor JC's service was. I'd never deal with him. JC never removed the front parts that were hit to give me an accurate price quote and gave me an excuse.
