The lock on the driver's door of my car came loose and got stuck inside the door. I was hoping Heritage would help me fix this. But the middle-aged curly-haired blond (who looked like actress Doris Roberts) at the desk immediately told me - in her thickest Texan drawl - that they can't help. They claimed they were "swamped". But her tone and body language made it very clear what she really meant. She did not even offer to have me bring my car back later, when they weren't "swamped". Not the next day or the day after or next week. They can't help me at all! Her very words. First she tried to refer me to their Leander location, but who's to say the Leander office won't give me the same treatment as Doris Roberts here? Then she tried to refer me David McDavid, which is down the street. But I'm sure they'll be no better in the customer service department. They also have some bad reviews. After all, this is Texas. I get turned away because I don't look like them, and don't talk like them. If you are likewise, don't try Heritage. They'll remind you of who you are (not).
