After having my car at Jim's shop, my doors were covered with over spray. He had me to bring my car back and he moved the over spray. The buffer machine left very visible swirls in my custom paint door. When my husband and I called him to ask him if he would repair it, he said ,'no!' I then asked him if this is how he did business, he yelled 'NO' and began using profanity and ended he phone call with a racial insult and abruptly hung up the phone. This phone call made me very angry and reported him to the BBB.
