Due to the recent actions by the owner of Phillips Body Shop and his son, I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of this situation. We will take our business elsewhere. I would not trust anyone that is capable of this kind of cruel behavior with anything.

animal abuser!!!!! threw a small puppy out of moving vehicle and then laughed about it when asked about it!!! he doesn't deserve anyone's business!!! I hope his business goes bankrupt!!! I would not take anything to this company and I hope no one does. He has a history of animal abuse.

Body shop owner's vehicle, black Escalade,photographed and reported as being the vehicle, with a woman passenger throwing a dog out and onto the road.

On Monday a good samaritan witnesses a female driver of a Cadillac Escalade throw a puppy out of the window of the moving vehicle in front of her small child.The samaritan followed the vehicle fro US 52 to KY and took photos of the license plate. The vehicle belongs to Mike Phillips, the owner of Phillips Body Shop. When called and confronted, Mike has insulted people and laughed. Mike asked one caller if they ran the dog over, and should he get a lawyer. Yes Mike, yes you should get a lawyer. Mike claims that he has not had his Escalade, but clearly knows who has had it. Maybe it's his dim witted wife or girlfriend. When I called, he asked if I have a high school education and laughed. I am guessing that Mike doe not have a high school education based on his total ignorance.He spent the entire conversation insulting me and laughing.Mike thinks that animal cruelty is funny, and takes zero responsibility for the trash that he allows to use his vehicle. Do NOT support this man's business, he is a classless low life. I hope the law does their job, and Mike is forced to pay heavy fines for the action of the person who he is protecting. The sad part aside from what has happened, is that there was a child in the car that witnessed this. They will grow up to think that this is acceptable behavior, when it is the behavior of an evil sociopath. I pray this child oes not grow up to be a serial killer. Children become what they learn. Shame on you Mike. You deserve to have your business go down the drain for your callous reaction to such a heinous crime.

A truck registered to this man through a small dog out of a moving vehicle. When confronted he laughed about it.
