I will never deal with these people again. They charged me 800.00 dollars to fix my husbands car. They had it for over a week. they would not return a call or answer the phone unless we called from a business number. When we picked up the car and paid for it..It did the exact same thing that we originally took it in for. They laughed and told us that we will see you real soon. The car barely made it home ( 3 miles away) oh..and the best part..they charged us for a water pump and an exhaust plug...turns out...it was spark plugs...awful people....Dont ever go there

Dustin Powell the owner of this establishment is a full out crock. I would never take another thing to him if it was free. I am a local from Blackfoot and took my Wife's car to him because we thought he was a honest man. Our car has slight damage on it and he said within a week an a half it could be done.. 9 weeks later.. we sat in his office as he relayed bull about what had taken so long, blamed the insurance company for not paying him, so i called them and they said they sent him over a confirmation the day we dropped it off. When i mentioned that to him, he got defensive and said horrible things about my insurance and made new reasons why it was not done. I would never get online and leave a review, however this place needs to be investigated by insurance companies. When the car was finished our car had a burn in the seat from a cigarette, me nor my wife smoke. Our religion teaches against such and the car had 10k miles on it. He said it was there before.. Lies and Cheats.. Don't go her, Doug Bower in town is a much better body shop and he is honest.

Enjoyed working with Dustin Powell but my car was there over 6 weeks for a small fender bender. Every time i asked about the repairs i was told " I'll have it for you friday" that happened for more than 4 weeks. All the parts were there and insurances issued check for repairs within the first week. The only damage was a panel on one side and paint on that, along with replacement of a bumper which probably didn't need replaced. Has more work then he can handle and felt that taking it somewhere else would have gotten done quicker and just as good.
