The insurance company had me go here. The estimate for replacement parts so I accepted. When I picked the car up the rear hatch ( supposed to be replaced ) shacked and rattled when I closed it. They said it was the license plate doing that. Turns out he was lying and misleading me and did not replace the damaged parts as was in the original estimate, he pulled them out. Obviously trying to trade in my car is now a nightmare as the back hatch doesn't line up and obviously is repair not a replacement. My cars value has suffered significantly. Had I been informed that Manny, the owner of Precision, was not able to secure parts, I would have used a different shop or taken the money to make up for the loss when I sell. But since they were hiding these facts, I got screwed.
