They made me to believe that they were a Collision and Mechanice Shop and they were not. They made the car look good but there was something wrong when they wanted cash and no checks. They accused me of being verbally nasty but the fact is that she started telling me again and again about her have a girlfriend. They have also stated that I told them my life story. I stated to them that I was very ill and I was walking on a can. They still wanted me to get into this lifted truck, black in color. I never met Ivan and when I told them about issues on the front end of the tires, and A/C they stopped answering my calls. So my Allstate agent was able to speak to Ivan, what a coincidence, Ivan said they did not have a mechanic and Anel state other wise. I reported them to the BBB, Policy Dept. and called my Lawyer. I believe in Karma, I will let go and let God. I state that I would give them a big promotion for I belong to a World Wide Asso. Well quess what they will be getting. God will prevail

I would never in my life recommend this business to anyone Ivan Espinoza acts like a nice and honest man when you meet him and he is A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I bought my first car from him thinking that he was gonna help out and at first he was getting it fixed, then eventually i would call him and he would stop answering my phone calls. I took the car back to him because the check engine light was on and he DISCONNECTED IT and gave it back to me and told me that it was fixed! I am a 20 year old women i obviously didn't notice, until about 5 months later i started having issues because the car would heat up and they told me it was disconnected, the window doesn't roll down after going to his shop many times and he didn't want to fix it. I asked him for my money back and he didn't want to give it back.! never do business with them they will rip you off!
