They are a rip off. They will take your car, hold it hostage and try to charge crazy storage fees. The BBB gave them an F. Lorraine the owner is under investigation for insurance fraud. If you google her name you will see she's bee doing this since 2006. She has even been on Shame,Shame,Shame
