I brought my car in for frame repair recently. I wish they had been more upfront about what the cost would be. In the end it was VERY expensive, which is even more aggravating because the job was done incorrectly. As a result, the rear suspension did not work properly because the leaf springs were not able to flex as they should. The rear of the car was now way up on the air, and the car rode as stiff as a Jeep. They told me the car was now sitting like it should. I had to take it to another shop, which identified and fixed the problem. In addition, when I picked up my car from Billy’s, it was covered in dirt and greasy hand prints. They used a cleaner to try to remove the grease, and now the finish is ruined. A very expensive lesson learned. Shop else where is my advice.
