My experience with Grady Davis has been horrible! I haven't had any repair work done by him, but I am a former tenant. He talked the property up and made it sound too good to be true...and guess what, IT WAS! I have a nine month old that's just begun crawling and walking, and there was so much water damage at the location i couldn't even put her down on the carpet! There was constantly a damp muggy feeling in the place. We tried cleaning theccarpet 6 times and you still couldn't walk through the place without feeling the need to wash your feet! In addition, there was a horrible feces odor from all sinks and tubs every time it would rain! As if the property itself wasn't bad enough, he rode by every single day through all of our yards checking the grass and trash. On top of all of that he and Marsha (the lady that lives in a camper at his shop) were very dishonest about the location. Turns out, they knowingly lied to us and let me and my two children move in next door to methamphetamine manufacturers! As far as i can tell we were extremely lucky to get out from under this very dishonest person when we did! So good luck to all tenants and customers that have to deal with these people! !!!
