Owner harbors a dead bead father Richard McCloud over $10,000 behind has only paid $400 in the last three years for 2 children. Refused to pay court ordered minimum of $50 a month for 2 children. The only reason he paid $50 on 3/1/17 was to stay out of jail. The owner is refusing to give detailed payroll info because he pays McCloud under the table to avoid taxes.
