Rate and Review Joe's Auto Body Custom Paint

I took my Mercedes in to Joe's after scuffing and cracking my front bumper..I took a used bumper that needed to be buffed out and repainted, which he just repainted, although he said his painter buffed it out. At first glance, I thought a fairly decent job had been done, but after a few months (warranty had expired per Joe's receipt), I could see burgandy specks (the original used bumper was burgandy, but my car is silver). Over the last few years, the specks have turned into bigger specks, as the silver paint peels away from the bumper. In short, this was a waste of money, I think I could have received the same level of painting service if I had just gone to Maaco for $150.
