My son's car was hit in the rear and the other driver's insurance was Progressive who recommended Precison Body Works in Elgin IL. Big mistake to take them up on it. Part of the work was to replace the damaged exhaust which they did in a poor manner. The car is now lowder than before, and my local mechanic said it is because Precision neglected to put in an exhaust gasket. Precison now says they always put in a gasket and refuse to take responsibilty, even though they have never even looked at the car again. Avoid this company!
