Dissappointed TWICE -

commentThey had my vehicle for body repair twice. The second time was to fix the peeling paint from the first time & they convinced me to give them another chance with a current accident repair. Initially upon picking up my car, it looked great! I did notice that there were several spots on my black interior of primer. Upon later inspection... There are paint drip marks around the bumper edges & fish eyes in the door panel. They replaced the rear door but forgot to change out the door handle which was a different color than my car. They also repaired the front bumper & guard. A portion of the guard was not installed and there is a visible hole. Their attention to detail leaves something to be desired. The goal of accident repair is to restore the body to a like new condition. I was and still am very disappointed in the work performed. I gave them a second chance in good faith, but their workmanship is mediocre at best!!

appraisal & body work -

commentThis body shop used after market parts on our vehicle and did a shabby job on the work. They knew we lived 2 1/2 hours away (and in another state) and couldn't run back to them every time something came loose. They told us to pick our car up at 1:00 p.m. but continually put us off until they handed us the key as they were leaving. The hood shook rather badly and a bolt holding the hood support rod was loose from the very beginning but they closed the shop before we could even leave the parking lot, thus preventing us from getting anything corrected before we had to return home (2 1/2 hours away).
The car was actually totalled but they kept it under the wire for totalled with our insurance company by cutting corners & using the after market parts, thus getting the work for themselves.
I have never left a negative comment on any website before but customers beware. We don't have wrecks regularly & didn't know to ask about factory parts or insist on driving the car before paying the deductable & before the insurance company paid for the repairs (our insurance company is out of state, as were we).
