I took my car there to get some work done on it. I didn't have it insured so I had to pay for it myself. He did his best to fix it and fit it into my budget with a used part when the new Dodge part was $500.

My car had been heavily damaged in an accident that was no fault of mine. My car was only a year old and had 10,000 miles on it so I was, to say the least, very angry that it had happened. My past experiences with bodyshops was not good. I assumed the car would not be right, again. I decided to take it to Steel Valley as suggested by a close friend of mine who was a regular customer of theirs. When I got it back, it looked better than I ever expected. I was thrilled at the results. The paint matched and it looked so shiny, again. There were parts that were missed on the estimate by the insurance company but the shop had them come back to reinspect it to be sure it was properly repaired. I will always go back to them after being pleased with this job. Thanks!
